Overview

Balsamiq’s visual language had always leaned on screenshots and UI mockups. I wanted to add something warmer: a cast of illustrated characters that could tell a story without words.

I drew around 10 illustrations in Procreate on iPad, then exported and integrated them across the website, blog posts, and email campaigns. The style is intentional: loose line art, no colour fills, just dark purple strokes that sit cleanly on any background.
